Greenlane Furnishings Refunds & Returns Policy

At Greenlane Furnishings, we strive to provide quality products and exceptional customer service. If you need to return or exchange an item, please carefully read our Refunds & Returns Policy outlined below.

Bespoke Orders:

  • Bespoke and Made-to-Measure Items: These are not eligible for return.

Unwanted Returns:

  • Unwanted items can be returned for a refund within 15 days of receiving your order, provided they are in original condition.
  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and sent to: GREENLANE FURNISHINGS 58-68 GREENLANE ROAD LEICESTER LE53TH
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Items remain the customer's responsibility until received by Greenlane Furnishings.
  • For items over £50.00, consider using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Damaged Returns:

  • If an item arrives damaged, contact our customer service team using the CONTACT US page.
  • We will arrange collection for damaged items we are responsible for. If you arrange the return, shipping costs will be refunded upon proof of receipt.

Exchanges:

  • Items can be replaced if they are defective or damaged due to our error.
  • Exchanges are sent upon receiving the return. Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location.

Refunds: Rugs


Returns Conditions
Eligibility: Items eligible for return must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.
Non-Faulty Items: For any non-faulty items, there will be a restocking fee and a delivery charge as detailed below.

Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of £30 will be applied to all returned rugs. This fee is necessary to cover the cost of processing and restocking the item.

Delivery Charge
In addition to the restocking fee, a delivery charge of £15 will be incurred for the return shipment of the rug. This charge covers the logistics of transporting the item back to our facility.

Faulty Items
If the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service team immediately. In such cases, the restocking fee and delivery charge will be waived. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Packaging
To be eligible for a return, the product must be repackaged properly. Please ensure that all original packaging materials are included, and the item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit. Failure to properly repack the item may result in the return being refused or additional charges being applied.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, minus the £30 restocking fee and £15 delivery charge, within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds are processed, and a credit is applied to the original payment method within a few working days.
  • Unsuitable conditions of returned items void the refund, and items will be sent back.

Late or Missing Refunds:

  • If a refund is not received within 3-5 working days, check your bank account or contact your bank.

Sale Items:

  • Only regular-priced items are refundable; sale items, including ex-display, cannot be refunded.

Refunds Process:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days.
  • In-store returns require the original card used for the purchase.
