Greenlane Furnishings is a family business that has been in curtains, blinds and rugs for over 30 years. We have our own work studio with skilled makers, and we offer a local installation service, so you can choose your fabric with us and have us fit the finished curtains or blinds. Seeing fabric in person helps more than people expect. A colour can look quite different on a screen than in a sunny front room, and you can feel the weight of a lining before you commit. How do made to measure curtains and blinds work?

1. Choose your fabric. Come into the showroom, or order up to five free fabric samples online. Samples arrive through your letterbox in 2 to 3 working days and you don’t need to send them back.
2. Measure your windows. Use a metal tape and measure in millimetres. Our curtain measuring guide and blind measuring guide take you through it step by step. If you’re unsure about a tricky window, get in touch, or ask us for a video consultation and we’ll go through it with you.
3. We make them to your sizes. Made to measure curtains and blinds are usually delivered within 10 to 14 working days from order confirmation.
4. Fitting. Ask about our local installation service, or hang them yourself using our curtain fitting guide or blind fitting guide.

Because they’re made to your measurements, made to measure curtains and blinds can’t be returned or cancelled for a change of mind once production starts. If anything arrives faulty or made incorrectly, tell us within 7 days and we’ll repair, replace or refund it.

Delivery on curtains and blinds is free on orders over £150 to mainland UK, and £15 below that. So if you’ve moved away from Leicester, you can still order from us.
