LIVING ROOM CURTAINS
Living room curtains set the tone for the room where you relax, watch TV and have people round. This is our biggest curtain collection, with plains, textures, florals, geometrics and designer prints, all made to measure. Orders usually arrive within 10 to 14 working days of order confirmation, and delivery is free on made to measure orders over £150, so you can plan around decorating or the colder months.
How do you make a living room window look bigger?
Hang the pole 10 to 15cm above the frame, higher if you have the wall, and run it well past the sides. Open curtains then stack against the wall instead of over the glass, so you keep more daylight and the window looks larger. Floor-length curtains with the hem just touching the floor look smartest in a lounge. On a bay, use a pole or track that follows the bay so the side panes get dressed too. Pattern, colour and the rest of the room
Take one colour from your rug, sofa or cushions and let the curtains repeat it; they don't need to match the sofa. A geometric suits a modern room with plain furniture, while a floral softens a traditional front room with a fireplace.
