GREY/BLACK BLINDS
Grey blinds are the practical pick for most windows. Our grey and black range runs from pale dove and silver grey to charcoal and black, and these shades hide dust and marks far better than white. They suit modern kitchens, home offices, bathrooms and bedrooms. We offer a local installation service for blinds, and if you'd rather do it yourself, our blind fitting guide walks you through it.
Where do grey and black blinds work best?
In a kitchen with white units, a mid grey roller looks clean and hides splashes. In a home office, a charcoal blind cuts screen glare without blacking out the room. Black looks sharp in a modern bathroom with black taps, or in a new build with black window frames. Pale dove grey is the gentlest option for a bedroom or nursery when white feels too stark and charcoal too heavy.
Which style should you choose?
For a desk by the window, a vertical or venetian blind lets you angle the light while you work, and our office blinds are a good place to look. For a bedroom that needs to be dark at 5am in June, a dark grey blackout roller is hard to beat, so see blackout blinds. The same tones in fabric for a larger window are in our grey and black curtains.
